Members can select ONE service per month within their Membership Tier
Can my family member get a facial under my membership if I can't go?
- Yes! Family and friends are allowed to use your one selected service each month if you can't attend your appointment.
If I'm Silver Tier, am I allowed to request a Bronze Tier service?
- Yes! You are allowed to book for services below your Tier, but not above! You may even be qualified for an extra Add-On service, be sure to ask!
Do I need to hold my membership? If so, how long?
- Yes! You are required by policy to hold your membership for a minimum of 6 months. If you'd like to request to pause your membership, you are allowed to twice a year, with a $20 pause fee for that month.
As policy, we require you to hold your membership for a minimum of 6 months. If you wish to put a hold/pause on your membership, you are allowed 2 a year, with a $20 holding/pause fee. We appreciate our clients and would like to thank you for your consideration of our policies.
