Membership Policy
To maintain the integrity and sustainability of our membership program, we kindly ask that all members commit to a minimum period of 6 months. This policy is in place to prevent the abuse of our specially priced services and to ensure all members can enjoy the full range of benefits that come with longer-term participation in our program.
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and flexibility is sometimes needed. Therefore, we offer the option for members to pause their membership up to two times per year for unavoidable circumstances such as travel or personal commitments. During this pause period, a nominal fee of $10 per month will be charged. This fee helps us manage the flexibility of the program while ensuring your membership benefits are readily available when you return.

Members can always enjoy services from tiers below their current level. If you're interested in a service from a higher tier, you are welcome to do so. The cost to you will be the difference between the price of your tier, and the actual cost of the higher-tier service
